Position: Permanent, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Associate, you will:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed product knowledge.
2. Build, develop, and maintain your own client database while embodying the luxury lifestyle.
3. Resolve customer complaints promptly.
4. Replenish stock and support stock takes.
5. Participate in promotional events and represent Jimmy Choo.
6. Contribute ideas to support the store's performance.
