We are looking for a new talent:

Sales Associate (M/F)

• Advise our national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of our Maison.
• Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
• Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
• Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
• Assist in stock management, as well as the daily organization and tidying of the boutique.
• Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising, both for the window display and the presentation of products in the boutique, ensuring that the brand image is respected in all circumstances.
• Ensure follow-up on after-sales service and potential repairs, in coordination with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.

You are:

• Passionate.
• Experienced. At least 3 years of experience in sales or in a client-facing role dealing with a demanding clientele, ideally in the luxury sector.
• Multilingual. You speak Italian and English fluently. Any additional language is an asset.
• Agile. You know how to listen to the customer and offer them tailored solutions.
• An Aesthete. You have an eye for detail and refinement.
• Curious. You always keep an eye on trends in the watch market.
• Eloquent. You are articulate and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• A Team player. Team spirit is a must-have to join our small team with its collaborative working style.
