Isabel Marant recherche un conseiller en vente et stylisme à Florence, à temps partiel ou plein. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience avérée dans la vente de la mode ou des articles de luxe, avec une passion pour le service client et une bonne compréhension des objectifs de vente. Le rôle implique d'atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en offrant une expérience unique en magasin.

Competenze

• Expérience réussie de 2 ans dans la vente de prêt-à-porter et d'articles en cuir.
• Compréhension parfaite des KPI du business retail.
• Passion pour le service client et l'atteinte des objectifs.

• Contribuer à l'image de marque en offrant une expérience client unique.
• Atteindre les objectifs de vente en introduisant des articles complémentaires.

Isabel Marant is looking for a new part time or full time Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in Firenze.

As a Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand and your role will consist in the following :

Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advises

Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items

Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times

You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale.

You have a proven successful 2 years' experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail.

You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs

You are passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
