Who We're Looking For

For the opening of our new K-Way store in Catania, we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Sales Assistant, your role is to deliver excellent customer service and sales support.

You will ensure the store maintains an inviting appearance that encourages sales through proper maintenance of order, cleanliness, and product range completeness.

It is essential to demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases;
• Manage and handle merchandise on display;
• Replenish stock to ensure product availability;
• Maintain store order and cleanliness;
• Manage fitting rooms following company guidelines;
• Handle cashier operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail, premium, or luxury brand;
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliable, dynamic, courteous, and flexible with schedules;

Position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week).
