We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Part Time) to join our team at Rinascente Roma!

We seek someone attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, punctual, with extensive fashion and trend knowledge, and confident in styling clients.

The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist clients throughout the sales process, describing products and providing a high-quality customer experience. You will support store management in fostering a creative and developmental environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging with customers.
2. Assist customers and maintain high customer service standards.
3. Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
4. Work collaboratively within the team, showing positivity, respect, and helpfulness.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards.
7. Keep the store tidy and organized, including the stockroom.
8. Ensure store security procedures are followed.
9. Represent the brand positively and contribute to its image development.

Profile Requirements:

• Ability to embody and represent the luxury lifestyle image of Zadig & Voltaire.
• Proven success as a sales assistant, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed to cover various points of sale in Rome.
