We are looking for a sales assistant (Part Time) to join our team at Rinascente Roma!

We seek someone attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, punctual, with extensive fashion knowledge, and confident in styling clients.

The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist clients throughout the sales process, describing products and providing a high-quality customer experience.

You will support store management in creating a creative and developmental store environment.

Your main tasks will include:

1. Delivering a positive, friendly experience by engaging with customers.
2. Assisting customers and maintaining high customer service standards.
3. Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
4. Working productively within the team and collaborating towards common goals, being positive, respectful, and helpful.
5. Adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
6. Maintaining internal visual merchandising.
7. Keeping the store tidy and the stockroom accessible to maximize sales.
8. Ensuring store security procedures are followed.
9. Representing the brand and contributing to its image development.

Profile required

You understand and embody the luxury lifestyle image of Zadig & Voltaire.

Proven success as a sales assistant, preferably in a high-end/luxury environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong sales skills and a sales-driven attitude.

Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities effectively.

Proactive in seeking opportunities and anticipating client needs.

Willing to work extra hours as needed to cover various positions in Rome.
