As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

MANSIONI

Customer Service:

• Assist customers throughout all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
• Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring high customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in maintaining sales standards;
• Check stock levels on the sales floor and replenish as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

REQUISITI

• Preferred short experience in customer contact activities outside of retail;
• Excellent communication skills and customer management abilities.
