Who We Are Looking For

For our Superga outlet store in Scalo Milano, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

Your goal as a Sales Assistant is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining an appealing store environment that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and complete product range. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, working positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers in sales activities;
2. Managing and handling merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure maximum merchandise availability;
4. Maintaining store order and cleanliness;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

1. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, particularly in fashion and footwear;
2. Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus);
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules.

This is an initial fixed-term, part-time contract (20 hours per week).
