Who We Are Looking For

For our Superga outlet store in Scalo Milano, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, ensuring order and cleanliness, and collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers in sales;
2. Managing and handling merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure availability;
4. Maintaining store order and cleanliness;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear);
2. Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules.

This is an initial fixed-term, part-time contract (20 hours per week).
