Who We Are Looking For

For our Superga outlet store in Scalo Milano, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

Your role involves providing excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining an attractive store environment, ensuring order, cleanliness, and a complete product range. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales
• Managing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Replenishing stock to ensure product availability
• Keeping the store tidy and organized
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous retail experience in fashion or footwear
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, dynamic, courteous, and flexible with schedules

Contract Details

Initial fixed-term, part-time (20 hours/week)
