Overview

You will act as an ambassador for the brand in our Rinascente Milan store. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience that aligns with our brand focus. This involves creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.

This is a part-time position at 16 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract of 6 months.

Your Mission :

  1. Provide excellent service by adhering to our service values and standards.
  2. Achieve your and the store's sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of sales techniques, such as cross-selling, to drive sales and KPIs.
  4. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate clients.
  5. Handle customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary, and ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  6. Achieve at least 85% in mystery shop reports where you are the primary sales associate.
  7. Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  8. Ensure presentation aligns with company's uniform and grooming standards.
  9. Comply with PCI, security, and health and safety regulations.
  10. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and presentation.
  11. Support store operations such as cycle counts, inventories, shipment processing, and transfers.
  12. Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Your Talent :

  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic are advantageous.
  • Experience in luxury brand sales and/or fashion retail.
  • Customer service experience with face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and proactive contact initiation.
  • Team-oriented with a strong clienteling skill set.
