Sales Assistant (part time) - Vicenza C.C. "Palladio", Vicenza

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in north-west England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel retailers of sportswear and outdoor clothing in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores, is focused on various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer service every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

You will assist customers throughout all sales stages, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.

You will provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

You will help maintain sales standards, including cleaning and tidying the store when necessary.

You will verify stock levels on the sales floor, replacing items as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Previous experience in retail is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer management skills.

Ability to work in a team with a good attention to detail.
