Sales Assistant (Part Time) - New Opening Milano "Stazione Centrale", Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in northwest England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel retailers of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores, is oriented towards various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

Role Overview: As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers throughout all sales stages, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
2. Provide alternatives and maximize sales channels, including digital channels, to ensure customer satisfaction;
3. Maintain sales standards, including cleaning and tidying the store when necessary;
4. Check stock levels on the sales floor and replenish as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably experience in retail sector;
• Excellent communication skills and customer management;
• Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail.
