Job Description

As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales using digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales standards, ensure cleanliness of spaces if necessary, verify stock levels, and replace stock as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Team-oriented with a good eye for detail.
