The group has over 2,400 stores, caters to various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers whenever they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

You will assist customers throughout the sales process, from selecting to purchasing products, ensuring targets are met.

You will provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

You will assist in maintaining sales standards, including cleaning the store spaces if necessary.

You will check stock levels in the sales area, restocking when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Preferred experience in the retail sector.

Excellent communication skills and customer management abilities.
