Overview

As a member of the JD Team you will be responsible for delivering the best possible customer service every time a customer visits the store. You will assist the customer to maximise store productivity, meet sales targets and utilise the devices available in store.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist the customer at all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
• Provide alternatives and maximise sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining sales floor standards and, when necessary, take care of cleanliness of the space.
• Check stock on the shop floor and replenish as needed to ensure the full size range is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Team orientation and strong attention to detail.
