ABOUT THE JOB

The Sales Assistant represents the Company with clients: is a professional in sales and puts his/her talent to the company service and to the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. Cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in the store.

Responsibilities:

  1. Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  2. Is aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales.
  3. Cooperates with his colleagues, to create a positive atmosphere in the store, and cultivates his own performance level.
  4. Receives and displays the products according to the established procedures.
  5. Constantly maintains a tidy working place, in harmony with company dispositions.
  6. Is responsible for the sales process following the company standards.
  7. Supplies for and maintains a high level of customer service.
  8. Manages commercial relations with clients in order to assure a higher level of satisfaction and enhance each phase of the commercial relation.
  9. Takes part in the store meeting.
  10. Assures the after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care, in order to maintain the client's satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of promoting the Brand image.
  11. Manages claims with the supervisor's support.
  12. Turns every touch point with customers into a positive situation, always promoting the Brand image.
  13. Communicates to the Direction the collected information regarding clients.
  14. Executes the follow-up of clients’ requests.
  15. Participates in all the product presentations done in the store.
  16. Deeply knows all products in his category and he is promptly updated on all the product categories present in the store.
  17. Assures the appropriate care (cleaning, cure, replacement etc.) of the products in his/her sector.
  18. Takes care of the display maintenance in his/her sector, pointing out if something is missing or in need of maintenance.
  19. Is always updated on the Store stock in order to optimize sales.
  20. Participates to end of the year, sector and rotation inventory for each product category.
  21. Respects the assigned position in order to prevent thefts and losses, and has to coordinate with colleagues in case of movement.
  22. Swiftly points out to his supervisor if something is missing.

ABOUT YOU

  1. Good level of English (written & spoken) is essential;
  2. Retail or service industry strong experience;
  3. Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
  4. Great customer service skills and problem solving;
  5. Good standard of numeracy;
  6. Strong organisational skills.
