Who We Are Looking For

For our Kappa outlet store in Palmanova Outlet Village, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers in sales
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display
• Replenishing stock to ensure product availability
• Maintaining store cleanliness and order
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous retail experience in fashion and footwear
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible schedules

Contract Details

Initial placement on a fixed-term, full-time contract (40 hours per week).
