Golden Goose is venturing into the world of padel with the new Padel Arena, an innovative sport and lifestyle hub opening in Milan’s CityLife district, in collaboration with Demetrio Albertini and Lorenzo Alfieri. This venue blends cutting-edge facilities, immersive experiences, and fashion-forward design to redefine how we play, connect, and live.

MISSION

We seek passionate individuals to enhance our customer experience. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces clients to the Golden world, sharing the heritage and values of the brand. This role involves crafting personalized Golden total looks that reflect clients' dreams and personalities, ensuring high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer a warm welcome to clients, making them feel part of the Golden community.
  • Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal look, contributing to store goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper registration on the Golden App and WeSmash App for effective profiling and access to Arena services.
  • Present all exclusive Padel Arena services, providing accurate information about accessibility and rules.
  • Promote and introduce co-creation services as part of the customer experience.
  • Build positive relationships by making clients feel valued, using omnichannel practices and digital tools for updates and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in a dynamic environment, including food & beverage, sports, and events.

Brand & Product

  • Convey the brand’s heritage and vision passionately, sharing values and enthusiasm for sports and Padel.
  • Provide detailed product insights, implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies, and share the company vision.
  • Contribute to store presentation, maintaining visual standards.

Operations & Compliance

  • Assist with store operations, including opening / closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
  • Strong passion for sports, especially Padel.
