Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• At least two years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury fashion, with strong sales techniques and a relationship-driven approach
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Professional appearance, well-groomed, adaptable to dynamic situations, and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Genuine passion for fashion, current trends, and providing exceptional customer service, embodying the brand’s values to foster loyalty
