Who We Are Looking For

For our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village), we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining store order, cleanliness, and product range, ensuring courtesy and friendliness, and collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers in sales;
2. Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure product availability;
4. Maintaining store cleanliness and order;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

1. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear);
2. Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling.

Initial placement is with a fixed-term full-time contract (40 hours/week).
