Who We Are Looking For

For our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village), we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining the store’s appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and completeness of merchandise, as well as demonstrating courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales;
• Managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock to ensure maximum merchandise availability;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion or footwear;
• Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling;

Initial placement is with a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week).
