Tom Ford Distribution Srl is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the upcoming Corner Store at Rinascente in Milan (MI).

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service within international luxury brands, excellent command of English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting customers with women's clothing and accessories
2. Planning work to meet sales targets
3. Post-sale assistance and customer follow-up
4. Managing special orders
5. Active prospecting for new clients
6. Providing feedback to management regarding products and customer requests

Essential characteristics:

1. At least 2 years of experience in luxury brand sales
2. Fluent in English
3. Availability to work weekends and holidays
4. Flexibility to work in shifts during Rinascente's opening hours (10:00 - 23:00)
5. Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills
6. Result and customer-oriented mindset
7. Knowledge of a second language is a plus

Workplace: Milan (MI) at Rinascente

Working hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (including weekends and holidays), rotating shifts within Rinascente's opening hours (10:00 - 23:00).
