Key Responsibilities :

• Represent Missoni as an ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion, and affinity for the brand through positive attitude, body language, and personal presentation.
• Welcome customers with a smile and approach them with a friendly manner and willingness to serve.
• Understand customer needs and answer their questions, providing excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
• Possess excellent product knowledge to advise customers in a competent and precise manner.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships based on trust, caring, and empathy.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by demonstrating outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
• Act in accordance with Missoni's Selling Ceremony & Company Values.
• Follow established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the company.
• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards daily, ensuring proper product display.
