Job responsibilities
We are looking for a
- Sales Assistant to join our team at Christian Dior Couture in our new Boutique in Milan Malpensa.
- As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
- Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and provide guidelines for outstanding customer service.
- Manage the relationship with clients in the Boutique, with the objective of selling products and presenting the Brand Image, giving effective information regarding products and events.
- Be a mentor for new joiners, providing training and coaching actions, collaborating with the boutique managerial team to ensure proper Dior induction for all team members.
- Build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow-up activities, organize events, and propose ideas.
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone and through e-communication. Problem-solve with the team to ensure each client issue is resolved in the benefit of the business and the client.
Profile

- Requirements
- Knowledge of selling techniques.
- English is mandatory (other languages are a plus).
- Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
