SALES ASSISTANT

MILAN, PART TIME

As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

YOUR TASKS :

• Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele, adopting a customer-centric approach.
• Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns.
• Merchandise management.
• Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.
• Processing information via MS Office.

YOUR PROFILE :

• 2-4 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends.
• Understanding of retail KPIs.
• Strong sales skills.
• Willing to work flexibly.
• Reliable, even in stressful situations.
• Proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
