We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who is not only passionate about fashion but also curious, proactive, and eager to create an outstanding client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow within a global luxury brand.

What you’ll do : Welcome and assist both local and international clients with tailored service. Develop long-term relationships with customers through personalized follow-up and CRM activities. Maintain high visual standards and product care on the shop floor. Handle transactions with precision and attention to detail. Support daily operations, stock management and restocking. Stay up to date on collection details and share product knowledge with clients.

What we’re looking for : Previous experience in luxury retail sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A client-centric mindset and passion for fashion and styling. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Energetic, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
