A prestigious luxury brand seeks a Sales Assistant for La Rinascente Tritone in Italy. You will drive sales and enhance customer relationships by delivering a unique shopping experience. Ideal candidates will possess a customer-focused attitude, luxury retail experience, and fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Italy Sell Out Team, the Sales Assistant is based at La Rinascente Tritone and the key responsibilities are :

  • Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
  • Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  • Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
  • Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
  • Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
  • Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
  • Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
  • Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
  • Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented
  • Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
  • Fluent in English, additional languages (Chinese, Arab) are a plus
