Who We Are Looking For

For our Kappa outlet store in La Reggia (Marcianise), we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining an appealing store environment that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and a complete product range. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales;
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock to ensure product availability;
• Keeping the store clean and organized;
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear;
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible scheduling.

Employment Details

Initial placement on a fixed-term, part-time contract (30 hours/week).
