Position: Sales Assistant

Location: La Reggia (Marcianise)

We are seeking experienced Sales Assistants for our Kappa outlet store. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, ensuring order and cleanliness, managing merchandise, replenishing stock, and assisting customers in fitting rooms following company guidelines. The role requires supporting sales efforts and fostering a friendly environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear;
• Excellent command of the English language (additional languages are a plus);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules.

Contract Details:

Initial placement on a fixed-term, part-time contract (30 hours/week).
