Job summary

K-Way store in Florence is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will ensure the store appearance supports sales through orderly displays and complete range availability, while maintaining courtesy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing merchandise and stock, and overseeing fitting rooms and cashier operations. Fixed-term, full-time position with 40 hours per week and a €25,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules
• Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full time (40 hours per week, 25.000)

Who We're Looking For

For our K-Way store in Florence, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.
