Job Description

Synergie Italia SPA, Firenze branch, is seeking a Sales Assistant - English speaker for a jewelry store in central Florence.

Position

The selected candidate will work inside the jewelry store as a sales assistant, responsible for store management and cash handling (opening, closing, cash and electronic payments), window displays, stock control, and product orders. They will also greet and build customer loyalty, promote the brand, and sell gold and precious stone jewelry (necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a sales assistant / sales associate / sales clerk / client advisor in luxury retail environments (fashion boutiques / jewelry stores).
• Experience in jewelry is preferred.
• Fluent in English (level B2/C1).
• Knowledge of a second language (French, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic) is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Additional Information

Direct employment with a 6-month fixed-term contract; CCNL Commerce, with salary based on experience plus sales bonus.

Working hours: full-time, Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off (guaranteed 2 free weekends per month).

Work location: Firenze city center.
