Role Description: As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize the devices available in-store.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting customers throughout all sales phases, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
2. Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
3. Maintaining sales standards and, if necessary, ensuring the cleanliness of the store spaces;
4. Checking stock levels on the sales floor and replenishing when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in the retail sector preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Ability to work in a team and a high level of attention to detail.
