For a historic Italian company specializing in women's clothing, we are recruiting:

Sales Assistant Full-Time_Premium Brand_Como

You will be based inside the boutique of a renowned fashion brand in Como.

• Responsibilities:
• Assisted sales and all activities related to store management;
• Greeting and consulting clients;
• Clienteling, CRM management, and storytelling of products and collections;
• Cash handling and customer loyalty activities.

• Skills and qualities required:
• Previous experience, even brief, in retail;
• Good appearance, friendliness, and team spirit;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Passion for fashion and luxury, with a focus on customer consulting and client retention (junior candidates with enthusiasm are also considered).

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Sunday on shifts.

• Contract offer: Fixed-term contract in temporary agency, initial duration 6 months with potential for stabilization.
• Reference industry: Commerce
• Salary and benefits: Level and RAL based on experience + Meal tickets + Sales commissions.
