Position: Retail Associate - Palermo, Italy

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the best possible customer service during each store visit.
2. Assist customers from selection to purchase, aiming to meet sales targets.
3. Provide alternatives and maximize sales through digital channels offered by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain sales standards and ensure cleanliness of the store when necessary.
5. Check stock levels on the sales floor and replenish as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sector (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail.
