Responsibilities
- Operating the POS to process transactions during peak periods.
- Responding to client requests via telephone and/or email.
- Becoming well versed with the CRM system to input customer data.
- Act as sales support to the sales team.
- Stock maintenance.
- Replenishment of floor.
- Maintaining Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
- Maintain organization in the back of house to uphold the standards and efficiency when stock associates are not available.
- Determine customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
- Adhere to work schedule, including time and attendance.
- Have confidence giving advice to customers when all associates are occupied.
- Be a Jimmy Choo ambassador through excellent customer service.
