Job Description:

Company: Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, dedicated to promoting experience, skills, and potential in the fashion and luxury sector.

Position: Sales Assistant Full-Time for a Fashion Brand at Fidenza Outlet.

Location: Fidenza Outlet

Responsibilities:

• Assisted sales and all activities related to store management;
• Customer reception and consultation;
• Clienteling, CRM management, and storytelling of products and collections;
• Cash activities and customer loyalty enhancement.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, even brief;
• Good appearance, friendly attitude, and team spirit;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Passion for Fashion & Luxury and orientation to customer consulting are highly valued, including junior candidates.

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours), from Monday to Sunday in shifts.

Contract Offer: Fixed-term contract via temporary agency, initially 6 months with potential for stabilization.

Compensation: Salary and level based on experience, plus meal vouchers and sales commissions.
