Overview

SALES ASSISTANT - FABRIANO BOUTIQUE_VENICE store

Fabriano Boutique is a true forge of ideas where the fil rouge is Paper, with office, drawing and travel collections that combine high-quality materials with functional and elegant design.

Purpose and main priorities of the role

We are looking for a dedicated part-time Sales Assistant (20 hours) to join the team in our store in Venice.

In this role you will act as a trusted and reliable advisor to our clients, ensuring a full Fabriano experience all along the customer’s journey inside our store. You will support the visual organization of our products in the store, manage and reorganize the stock, and process the cash transactions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Provide an excellent customer service
• Managing and reorganizing the stock
• Replenishment of the shop floor
• Ensure that the shop floor always looks at its best with activity of visual merchandising
• Process the cash operations

Who we are looking for

• Passion for sales and strong customer orientation
• Sparkling eyes when it comes to paper and stationery products
• Proactivity, attention to details and motivation
• Flexibility and availability to work at weekends and on bank holidays
• Fluent English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
