Job Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales standards; check stock levels, replace stock when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Teamwork predisposition and attention to detail;
• Mandatory registration with the Collocamento Obbligatorio L. 68/99.
