Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales using digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising : Support the maintenance of sales standards; verify stock levels and replace items as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail;
• Mandatory registration with the Collocamento Obbligatorio (L. 68 / 99).
• Experience in a dynamic, young, and international expanding environment
