Woolrich is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Castel Romano Outlet near Rome. You will provide customer service and drive sales while ensuring the store remains tidy and well merchandised.

You will work closely with the team, deliver courteous service in English and Italian, and assist with fitting rooms and stock replenishment. This is a fixed-term, full-time role (40h) with an annual gross salary around €25,000 and benefits.

Who We're Looking For

For the Woolrich store in Castel Romano Outlet, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.

You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsabilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40h).

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25,000, plus a range of company benefits.
