ABOUT THE JOB
  • The Sales Assistant represents the Company with clients.
  • Is a professional in sales and puts his/her talent at the company's service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cooperates to reach qualitative and quantitative goals set in the store.
Responsibilities
  • Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Aligns with the style and qualitative standards of the Brand during the entire sales process and after-sales.
  • Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere in the store and cultivates personal performance levels.
  • Receives and displays products according to established procedures.
  • Maintains a tidy workspace in harmony with company policies.
Sales
  • Responsible for the sales process following company standards.
  • Provides high-level customer service.
  • Manages client relations to ensure satisfaction and enhance each phase of the commercial relationship.
  • Participates in store meetings.
Client Management and CRM
  • Ensures efficient after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, promoting the Brand image.
  • Handles claims with supervisor support.
  • Turns every customer interaction into a positive experience, promoting the Brand image.
  • Communicates client information to management.
  • Follows up on client requests.
Product
  • Participates in product presentations in-store.
  • Deeply knows all products in his/her category and stays updated on all store categories.
  • Ensures proper care of products in his/her sector.
Visual
  • Takes care of display maintenance in his/her sector, reporting missing or damaged items.
Stock
  • Keeps updated on store stock to optimize sales.
  • Participates in end-of-year, sector, and rotation inventories.
Thefts and Losses
  • Respects assigned positions to prevent thefts and losses, coordinating with colleagues when needed.
  • Reports missing items promptly.
ABOUT YOU
