Position: Sales Assistant

Join the Subdued family as a Sales Assistant, where your energy and professionalism will make you an ambassador of our brand and the face of our stores.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Bergamo store team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming customers and assisting them during their shopping experience, following company standards and philosophy.
2. Conveying enthusiasm for the Subdued brand and turning every shopping experience into an unforgettable purchase.
3. Managing customer reception and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining the store's styling in line with company policies.
5. Keeping sales areas and stockrooms tidy and clean.

Required qualities:

• Reliability
• Good communication skills
• Passion for fashion
• Initiative and team spirit

Preferred but optional:

• Knowledge of English
• Flexibility with working hours and availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday

Experience in the sector is not necessarily required.
