Wycon Cosmetics, a leading Italian beauty brand founded in 2009, is seeking a Sales Assistant / Beauty Advisor for our store in Aversa, VIA ROMA 164-166, 81031 Aversa (CE). Join us to be part of a dynamic team in a company committed to growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide assisted sales.
2. Build trust and loyalty with clients.
3. Promote Wycon Cosmetics products, achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the Retail Management.
4. Conduct makeup trials and recommend products during customer visits.
5. Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure testers are available per standards.

Candidate Profile
