Antonio Marras arrived in fashion almost by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with his eponymous collection in 1999. For our boutique in Porto Cervo (SS), we are seeking a sales assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, promote the brand culture, and convey the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a sales assistant means being the Brand Ambassador of the label;
• Achieve store sales goals by constantly monitoring KPIs and employing effective sales techniques (focusing on up-selling and cross-selling);
• Ensure proper implementation of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service before and after sales;
• Gather and update customer information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio that helps understand their needs and buying attitudes;
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective stock management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and a strong sensitivity to products;
• Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus;
• Additional qualities include flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.
