For our boutique in Forte dei Marmi (LU), we are seeking a sales assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a sales assistant means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;
• Achieve store sales goals, constantly monitoring KPIs, and employing effective sales techniques (with particular attention to upselling and cross-selling);
• Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre- and post-sale);
• Gather and update customer information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio that helps understand their needs and buying attitudes;
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective stock management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to products;
• Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus;
• Flexibility, dynamism, teamwork skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative complete the profile.
