Job Description: Sales Assistant at Antonio Marras, Florence

We are opening a new boutique in Florence and are seeking a Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a sales assistant means being a Brand Ambassador;
• Achieve store sales goals, constantly monitoring KPIs, and employing effective sales techniques (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling);
• Ensure proper application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service before and after purchase;
• Gather and update customer information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio, understanding their needs and buying tendencies;
• Contribute to creating a positive working environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective warehouse stock management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and a strong sensitivity to products;
• Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative complete the profile.
