Job summary

Sessùn is opening a new shop in Milan and seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand. The role entails advising customers, processing transactions, and contributing to KPI targets while maintaining CRM records and adhering to visual merchandising standards.

The position is permanent, full-time (40 hours), starting October 2026, with bonuses based on targets and KPIs, staff discounts, and ongoing training in-house and via Yoobic.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Open to people with disabilities.

Job description:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling

• Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager
