Carhartt WIP is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Ferrara outlet on a 20 hours fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, adapting brand stories to the retail setting, and achieving sales targets.

You will develop product knowledge, maintain store presentation, build customer loyalty, and work with a dedicated team. Italian language is preferred, English is a plus, and prior retail experience is desirable.

• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
• Fluent in Italian and English advantageous.
