Sales Assistant

Company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, you will participate in daily sales activities, including defining equipment configurations based on customer needs, preparing quotations, managing Purchase Orders, and developing strategic business relationships with our commercial partners.

Activities

• Expressing complex content clearly in written form and producing coherent documents
• Filtering and managing incoming information (emails, calls, internal communications)
• Organizing the Sales Manager's trips in collaboration with the agency
• Communicating effectively in English
• Using Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Debugging and improving new procedures related to sales processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or languages
• Preferably one year of sales experience
• Fluent in English, especially in writing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach
